Information You Provide
- Purchase Information: The checkout provider collects the information required to process and deliver your purchase. The book currently uses Gumroad; Stripe remains available as a fallback checkout.
- Payment Information: Payment details are submitted directly to the checkout provider. We do not store your full credit card number or bank account details on AgileLie servers.
- Communications: If you contact us via email, we retain that correspondence.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring URLs.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- IP Address: Used for approximate geographic location and security purposes.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded on Stripe payment callback pages. Purchase references are not sent to Google.

Payment Processing
The provider named on the checkout page processes your payment. Gumroad is the current checkout and merchant of record for the book. Stripe remains available as a fallback. When you make a purchase:

- We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number
- The provider may use cookies or similar technology for fraud prevention

Email Communications
Email is handled in two separate contexts:
- Substack publication: Newsletter signup, consent, delivery and unsubscribe are handled by Substack. AgileLie does not run a separate lead-email database.
- Support responses: Replies to your inquiries.
We do not collect newsletter addresses through an AgileLie form. Choosing a subscription CTA takes you to Substack, where its own terms and privacy policy apply.
Data Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Gumroad: For book checkout, delivery, tax handling, and fraud prevention
- Stripe: For fallback payment processing
- Substack: For optional newsletter signup, delivery and unsubscribe
- Cloudflare: For website hosting and security
- Google: For analytics (anonymized data)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
